STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

The office maintains its strong relationship with donors, partners and grantees through the Stakeholder Management Program. Partner School Visits were conducted to settle grantee concerns and update records. To maximize its network and engage with stakeholders for the benefit of its grantees, the AFPEBS participated and attended activities organized by its partners as well as meetings and conferences that discussed the premises of the educational benefit assistance for the grantees.

INFORMATION AND PUBLICITY PROGRAM

The AFPEBS proactively disseminated information about its organization, educational programs and other educational benefits in order to raise awareness among personnel AFP wide and stakeholders about the educational assistance being provided by the AFPEBS for the dependents of military personnel.

RESOURCE GENERATION PROGRAM

To address the office’s sustainability issue, the office conducts resource generation activities to gain steady and additional source of funds in the provision of educational benefits to the grantees. AFPEBSO plans, implements, and conducts activities and projects with the main objective of generating income that would help provide for the education of our grantees. Such activities include Block Screenings, Fun Runs, Raffle Projects, and Stakeholder’s Challenge.

GRADUATE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

The AFPEBS expands its assistance to the grantees from enrollment to their employment. Aside from the educational benefits that the grantees enjoy, AFPEBSO also assists the grantees in finding employment. The office helps them through endorsements and offering employment opportunities to grantees.
