OUR ROLES AND STRATEGIC PRIORITIES

AFPEBSO gives value to ways on how we could extend assistance to our military personnel and their dependents especially those who were left behind by killed-in-action personnel. Education is one of the things this office would like to give emphasis. Being able to provide assistance to address the needs of the dependents and to give a chance to the children of our personnel to have a hopeful future would give a sense of fulfillment for AFPEBSO.

With an average of 200 soldiers losing their lives from combat-related operations, bereaved families are left with worries. One of it is having financial struggles. AFPEBSO is committed to the mission of ensuring that the dependents of killed-in-action military personnel, especially their children, will be able to push through with their education. Thus, driven by the commitment of “Leaving No Soldier’s Orphan Behind.” AFPEBSO aims to continue working hard for this commitment, for our heroes and their families, the people and organizations who showed their unwavering support for our cause.

EMERGING ISSUES

AFPEBSO’s financial resources could not keep up with the increasing demands for educational benefits, thus over the years we have been tapping different institutions, agencies, foundations, private individuals and schools nationwide to take part in ensuring a bright future for our soldiers’ children.
